 FORCE XV have been producing sublimated Rugby Jerseys since 1985 and are a European market leader, producing over 200,000 jerseys.

Originally using DROPTEX fabric, the jerseys now come in a choice of DROPTEX NG TECH and 2 SKIN fabrics with different fitting styles.

DROPTEX NG TECH is an evolved from the original DROPTEX fabric to offer even more comfort and strength, with increased freedom of movement. This fabric is a perfect compromise between the classic jersey to the tight fit shape, it is easy to wash and its colours will stay strong and clear.

The 2SKIN fabric is a modern 100% polyester stretch fabric designed to be worn as a second skin. Its fast drying ventilation offers excellent comfort so you can feel every movement. This fabric was tested by BRIVE and AGEN during the European Cup campaigns.

Having invested in the latest high tech machinery both Jerseys types can be produced in a huge selection of designs and colours. Use our interactive jerseys designers to choose a design from the Collection or create an original design using our Tri Patch concept. We can also create your own individual special design.

Once you’ve selected your fabric and design we can place your Clubs, Schools and Sponsors names and logo’s onto the jerseys with incredible clarity and definition.

Jerseys can be produced in shorts of long sleeves and with a choice of Collar styles and colours and Numbers can be added in a choice of styles and colours.
